Ready to have The Hotel Gurus work up a free custom proposal for your hotel room block? Just fill out the below and we’ll get working on your rates.
Once submitted, your dedicated hotel guru will reach out to area hotels to get you the best available rates for your hotel room block, which takes approximately one week.
Once we receive the rates, your guru will send the rates for your review and then you select which hotel(s) you would like block and then we go to contract.
IMPORTANT:
We cannot work with hotels that have already submitted a proposal to you. If you have been in touch with some hotels already it’s important to let us know. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY, otherwise you will not be able to benefit from our exclusive rates and perks.
